To comply with Governor Lee’s recommendation, the Bledsoe County Schools system will be closed through the remainder of 2019-2020 school year.

We will be providing more information about this closure at a later date.  For now we will continue our student meal service two days a week and provide supplemental instructional work.  In the coming weeks a date will be set for students to come to buildings to pick up any personal items in classrooms or lockers, as well as pick up pictures and yearbooks.

While students will not return to the classroom this year, our schools will still play a role in student's lives.  Academic plans, including plans for graduation, will be announced later.  Be assured there will be some form of a graduation.  We are going to celebrate our seniors and their accomplishments.

We are very dedicated to work hard to educate and feed the children of Bledsoe County.  I want to personally thank all of you for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times.  We are all learning as we go.

Take care and stay Warrior Strong!!!

Jennifer Terry
Director of Schools
